This is a hard plastic mold to use for poured sugar or isomalt gems for cake decorating. The cavities make hexagonal gems that are about 3/4" across.

These are food-safe and good for temperatures up to 350 degrees F or so. I pour hot isomalt directly from the pan into the molds and they work great.

This is a silicone mold made from a treble clef and music notes. You could cut off the eighth notes to make a quarter note, so it's versatile! The notes and clef are 3/4" to 1" wide.

The mold is make from a food-grade silicone, and you can use it for gumpaste, fondant, modelling clay, chocolate, and isomalt. It's safe up to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, and I've used hot isomalt in them with a good result. You can also use them for polymer clay and other clay media, but if you use them for non-food purposes don't use them for food items after that!

The molds are made to order, so I can't accept returns on them. I do test them all before I send them to make sure they make an item that looks right! These are 12 fondant hearts with monograms (or without) that can be used for cupcake toppers or plaques on cakes. The initials are imprinted in the hearts, and can be done with one or two letters.

The size of the hearts is about 1 1/2" wide at the top and 1 1/2" tall. These are sized perfectly to insert into the icing on top of a cupcake for a wedding, a bridal shower or an anniversary party.

If you need fewer than 12 convo me. They're .75 each, and I can do as many or as few as you need, it's only the postage that could vary.

Fondant is a sugar clay that dries hard, so they'll keep their shape if you want to stand them upright. I add a little tylose to the fondant to make it dry harder.

You can also put them on the front of a cake as a message plaque, or get them in the shape of a gift tag.

Depending on the initials, I might be able to do these in a more square-ish font, or the cursive that's pictured. It just depends on whether they'll fit on the heart.

If you don't specify a color I'll make them in white, so please make sure to choose a color when you order them!

Silicone starfish mold to make a realistic starfish to use on cakes or cupcakes. The silicone is food-grade, but if you're using it for food don't use it for other purposes as well.

The starfish is about 2" from tip to tip. I made this mold from a real starfish, so there's a ton of detail on it. Great for a beach-themed cake.

12" long double loop chain mold to make a gumpaste purse handle, necklace, border and other cake decorating designs.

The mold is a little under 3/4" wide and each link of the chain is a double loop. You can either cut the centers of the links out or leave them in and paint the chain a contrasting color. This is a 2 oz container of tylose for cake decorating and making gumpaste.

You can use this by adding 2 tsp to homemade fondant, or 1 tsp to store-bought fondant to make a quick gumpaste. It also has a recipe on the package to make your own from scratch using tylose, egg whites, and confectioner's sugar.

Adding a half tsp to fondant will also make it slightly stiffer and stretchier for modelling figures.

Sugar Gems, sugar jewels for cake decorating. 50 jewels made from isomalt, which is a beet sugar. These are assorted shapes and sizes. Isomalt shouldn't be eaten in large amounts or it can "upset your stomach."

Edible jewels are a hard texture like a lollipop, so don't give them to little kids since they can be a choking hazard!

Each order includes 50 jewels.

They can be ordered in a single color or in an assortment, which I'll put together for you out of jewels that I have on hand. For cakes with a color theme make sure to select your color when checking out. For cakes that need a variety just order "assortment" when you choose the color. I'll make up a variety of different colors for you.

I can't match specific colors since the sugar can change color when being heated. I'll do my best if you have a specific color but I can't guarantee a perfect match! When ordering a single color it might include different shades of that color. Convo me with questions.

These are faceted on one side and flat on the other, and can be added to cakes using royal icing on fondant or buttercream on a buttercream cake. The reflection of light on them will vary based on how they're applied to the cake.

Attach them to your cakes as close to presentation time as possible to prevent them from melting! They work best on fondant-covered cakes because of that, but they can be used on icing as long as they're not put on too far in advance. Sugar attracts water, so keep them in a sealed container until you need to use them. If you're not careful and let them absorb water they can soften up and get cloudy. I'll ship them with silica gel packets to prevent this.

Don't leave them outside in the package in a hot environment for too long, since that will also make them melt.

Sugar gems are fragile, so handle with care. If they stick together spray them with a little vegetable oil spray and rub them and they'll separate. You can do the same thing if they get cloudy and lose their shine. The oil will restore the shine to the sugar.

Loose petals can be added to a large gumpaste flower on a wedding cake to make it look larger, or to fit larger tiers.

This listing is for TEN PETALS, not the entire flower. The picture of the white cake is an example of extra petals used to cover the entire three tiers. Extra petals would be $8 for each additional 10 petals. The orange flower uses about 40 petals, and the white flower used about 60. It will also depend on what size and height the tiers of your cake are, so please feel free to email me to ask!
