Isomalt jewels with gold/copper tone isomalt settings for cake decorating. The rectangular gems framed with a dark gold setting in the photos are about 3/4" long and 1/2" wide for size reference.

The gold is in the poured isomalt so it's an imbedded gold tone and won't rub off. The gold/copper color can range from medium to a darker coppery color and can vary between jewels.

Each listing includes 12 jewels in various shapes and sizes.

These edible jewels will be a beautiful addition to a wedding cake or a treasure chest birthday cake.

The color for the jewels can be selected at checkout. If you don't specify a color I'll send an assortment. The colors work best if they're on the lighter side. If they're too dark they tend to look black and you lose the color, so I'll keep them in lighter tones unless you specifically want darker ones.

**These are edible but aren't intended to be eaten by the handful like candy...Isomalt is a sugar substitute and too much of it can cause "digestive upsets." These are sized like small hard candies, so they are a choking hazard for small children!**

These should be placed on the cake right before delivery or serving. They can be affected by humidity and shouldn't be refrigerated.

To store, keep the gems in an airtight container at room temperature with the silica gel that will be sent with them.

Silicone sand dollar mold to make a gumpaste or fondant sand dollar. Sized for cake decorating and cupcakes decorating, this one is a little over 2 1/4" round.

This could be used for gumpaste, fondant, chocolate or poured sugar. The sand dollar molds work best with a semi-stiff material because the details on them are subtle. Fondant that's too soft will stretch and you won't be able to see the detail.

This is a handmade flexible silicone mold to make a 3-D acorn to use on cakes or cupcakes. The silicone is food-grade, but if you're using it for food don't use it for other purposes as well.

This could be used for gumpaste, fondant, chocolate or poured sugar. Safe up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. If you use it for polymer clay it shouldn't also be used for food items!

I made this mold using a real acorn. I test each one to make sure the impression works, and you can paint them any color that you want using luster dusts or food coloring. The ones in the picture were made using candy clay.

Since these are made to order, I can't accept returns on them. If you want to order multiples but you're not sure about the impression it will make, order one first to test it out. Molds might be either lavender or yellow colored.

This is a silicone mold made from a treble clef and music notes. You could cut off the eighth notes to make a quarter note, so it's versatile! The notes and clef are 3/4" to 1" wide.

The mold is make from a food-grade silicone, and you can use it for gumpaste, fondant, modelling clay, chocolate, and isomalt. It's safe up to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, and I've used hot isomalt in them with a good result. You can also use them for polymer clay and other clay media, but if you use them for non-food purposes don't use them for food items after that!

These are food-safe silica gel packs to store sugar work, fondant, gumpaste etc for cake decorating. The packs are approved for food use so they can be safely used to store edible items.

These are from Uline and are stored in the original container away from humidity so that they're absorbent and ready to use. They're 7/8" x 2 1/8" and protect 94 cubic inches. I use them to store sugar jewels, gumpaste flowers, and anything else I need to protect from the humidity. Putting a couple of packs into a container with sugar jewels keeps them from softening over time.

Each order is for 20 single gel packs. They should be stored in the plastic bag that they're shipped in to keep them airtight until you use them.

Remember that you still need to store gumpaste correctly, even with these packs. If your house is completely humid they'll be no match for that, so you should consider these insurance, not foolproof!
