The benefit of being a cookie decorator of seven years who then makes cutters is that when a customer asked me if I had a bee cookie cutter, I did not have to start a new design from scratch as I had already designed a bee cookie a while time ago. Please note - wafer paper is not the same as icing/frosting sheets. It is mostly made up from potato starch and my printed wafer paper being 0.4mm thin (the thickness most commonly used for flowers, cake wraps etc) means that there may be some inconsistencies with the thickness of the paper over each sheet, resulting in some areas being more translucent than others, and you may sometimes notice a slight appearance of some patchiness. It is not a printing error but instead the nature of the delicate wafer paper itself (believe me, I've tried and tested most on the market and it happens to all of them!). It is so fine and some areas will allow light to pass through more than others This is NOT noticeable when backed onto fondant/gumpaste or when made into flower petals etc either. If you are looking for a materials with no imperfections than wafer paper may not be the material for you. I kind of feel it adds to the beautiful vintage vibe and love it just the same, I hope you do too :-))

Wafer paper keeps for around a year when kept in a sealed plastic bag. Keep away from moisture and sunlight.

As the spouse of a Navy man of 29 years and someone who ships most of her cookies, I needed an anchor that was sturdy and would not break easily. After a year of working on it, setting it to the side and tweaking it some more, I finally finished it when my friend, Christine of Sugar Cravings, asked me if I had an anchor cutter. It is all done now and Christine kindly provided a cookie example and you can see more of her wonderful work at www.Facebook.com/SugarCravings.

It comes in two sizes in the regular outline cutter and two depths in the imprint version. Please note that you only need one cutter to do the imprint version and that is the imprint cutter. You will not need the regular cutter to combine with it to make the imprint. Prices are largely determined by print time with imprints requiring substantially longer print time which is reflected in the pricing In order to keep the cost down to the customer, we make these a bit more shallow and tailor the depth of the imprints to the depth of the dough thickness used. Anchor 1A - This is an imprint cutter and will cut out the dough and create the inner imprint lines for dough rolled at 1/4" thick at the same time and is shown in the top half of the photo. It measures 4" tall. Again, Anchor 1A is an imprint cutter for dough rolled to 1/4" thick.

We are pleased to offer you our range of unique high quality silicone moulds, for cupcake and celebration cake decorations and many kinds of craft projects. All of our moulds are designed and manufactured in-house from soft, flexible platinum-cured silicone, ideally suited for moulding sugarpaste decorations.

Other foodstuffs and other modelling materials may be used in our moulds, including wax, soap, Fimo/Sculpey and PMC. The silicone material can withstand relatively high temperatures for short periods (up to 250ºC/480ºF) and possesses inherently good release properties, making demoulding trouble free.

My plaque cutters are named after my friends and this one is "The LilaLoa", named after my very creative thinks-outside-of-the-box friend, Georganne of LilaLoa. When I asked her if she would like to be a plaque cutter, she immediately had a design in mind that would be perfect for the name "The LilaLoa". "LilaLoa" means "long and thin" in Hawaiian, so this is quite apropos! Whisked Away Cutters are finely crafted cutters for cookies and fondant, designed by a cookie decorator for cookie decorators. Crafted with rounded corners on the handle for comfort, a reinforced area near the base of the handle and strong walls going down to a fine tapered edge for a precise, clean cut.
