My plaque cutters are named after my friends and this one is ""The Maryann Squared", named after one of my absolutely dearest friends, Maryann, The Cookie Artisan. As plaque shapes are commonly used for message cookies and she was the first one to pioneer message cookies many years ago, I created the original The Maryann back in 2012 to take to her and our other friends at Cookie Con. The original is a rectangular shape and when I drew it out, I also made one in a squarish version, which you see here.
