Great clay molding material which is re-usable, so you can keep using it for different mold shapes.

Perfect if you need to make lots of clay molds but only need to use each to create few copies. Picks up detail surprisingly well.

Dip a piece of the Oyumaru in hot water (approx: 80 degree C) for about 3 to 5 minutes. Take the Oyumaru out of the water with a pair of tongs and wipe it dry with a towel. While it is still soft, press the material you wish to mold into the Oyumaru.

If the Oyumaru gets hard while you are working with it, place it back in the water and begin the process again.

Allow Oyumaru to cool down, remove your object and your mold is ready for your clay project. Oyumaru is re-usable.

Note: by the way, if you do not need this material anymore, you can make various 1:12 miniature items with this material

All of our moulds are designed and manufactured in-house from soft, flexible platinum-cured silicone, ideally suited for moulding sugarpaste decorations.

Other foodstuffs and other modelling materials may be used in our moulds, including wax, soap, Fimo/Sculpey and PMC. The silicone material can withstand relatively high temperatures for short periods (up to 250ºC/480ºF) and possesses inherently good release properties, making demoulding trouble free.

An indication of the product size in shown in all of our product images. The background grid shows squares 1cm x 1cm (approximately 0.4in x 0.4in). Please note that whilst every care is taken to ensure the accuracy of scale in these images, all dimensions should be considered for guidance only.

The moulds are shown with examples of finished, painted sugarpaste impressions that can be made using them. The coloured impressions are for illustration purposes only and are not included in the offer of sale.

We now have *four* designs for our Awareness Ribbon design! You all would likely laugh at how many sketches I did to come up with this design, but here it is!

Awareness Ribbon comes in four options, a regular cutter or three different imprint cutters.

Cutter 1: Imprint Cutter - this cutter with a heart center design will cut out your cookie and imprint the design at the same time.
Cutter 1A: 4" x 2 7/8" cutter - this will imprint dough rolled at 1/4" thick
Cutter 1B: 4" x 2 7/8" cutter - this will imprint dough rolled at 3/8" thick

Cutter 2: Imprint Cutter - this cutter with a traditional rounded center design will cut out your cookie and imprint the design at the same time.
Cutter 2A: 4" x 2 7/8" cutter - this will imprint dough rolled at 1/4" thick
Cutter 2B: 4" x 2 7/8" cutter - this will imprint dough rolled at 3/8" thick

Cutter 3: This is a regular outline cutter for use with the Guideline Sketches or for use for another design.

Cutter 4: Imprint Cutter - this cutter with the lower ribbon imprint will cut out your cookie and imprint the design at the same time. This allows for piping various center designs from the Guideline Sketches with ease of the ribbon imprint
Cutter 4A: 4" x 2 7/8" cutter - this will imprint dough rolled at 1/4" thick
Cutter 4B: 4" x 2 7/8" cutter - this will imprint dough rolled at 3/8" thick

I also am including Guideline Sketches should anyone wish to use them as a guide. You will find them under the photos of the cutter. To save it, click on the photo, right click to either "Save Image" or "Copy Image". From there paste into Word or whichever program you like. You can then resize it from there as needed and place it on a projector or alongside your cookie as you pipe.

Whisked Away Cutters are finely crafted cutters for cookies and fondant, designed by a cookie decorator for cookie decorators. Crafted with rounded corners on the handle for comfort, a reinforced area near the base of the handle and strong walls going down to a fine tapered edge for a precise, clean cut. Please see the cutter side view example in the close up photo of The Vicki plaque cutter shown above in the thumbnail photos.

** Food safe PLA cutters are HAND WASH ONLY, not dishwasher safe, cannot be used to cut hot and should not be left to soak in hot water. This is an aspect of all food safe PLA cutters. Care must be given to the specialized tapered cutting edge when storing as it can get nicked or damaged if hit with another cutter or sharp object. Proper care will ensure years of use from your Whisked Away Cutters.

Cutter prices are determined by print time and the amount of PLA used. Cutters with intricate shapes and curves or larger sizes take longer to print and are priced accordingly.
