These fun bunny ear cutters were inspired by a cute Easter Bunny Ears on a Milk Glass cookie idea done by Sue of Munchkin Munchies. I changed them up to give them my own design spin as well as make them with an optional notch cutter should you wish to do them as normal bunny ear cookies without a cutout or the cute way that Sue did. A very special thanks to Fancy Flours who has a set of bunny ear cutters that Sue patterned hers off of who kindly allowed me to do my own version of bunny ears.
Bunny Ears come in a variety of sizes and options. You can either purchase them as a set or individually. Please note that the notched cutter is only recommended for the largest sizing option (Option 4) in order that the cookie is strong enough to help prevent breakage on either side where the notch is.
Option 1 - Tallest cookie/cutter of the two shown as a set will be 3":
Option 1A - Set of both Cutter 1 and Cutter 2 (Cutter 1 - 2 5/8" x 1 7/8" and Cutter 2 - 3" x 1 5/8")
Option 1B - Cutter 1 only - 2 5/8" x 1 7/8" (shown as the ear that is flopped over)
Option 1C - Cutter 2 only - 3" x 1 5/8" (shown as the taller cutter of the two)
Option 2 - Tallest cookie/cutter of the two shown as a set will be 3 1/2":
Option 2A - Set of both Cutter 1 and Cutter 2 (Cutter 1 - 3" x 2 1/4" and Cutter 2 - 3 1/2" x 1 7/8")
Option 2B - Cutter 1 only - 3" x 2 1/4" (shown as the ear that is flopped over)

Option 4 - Tallest cookie/cutter of the two shown as a set will be 4 1/2":
Option 4A - Set of both Cutter 1 and Cutter 2 (Cutter 1 - 3 7/8" x 2 7/8" and Cutter 2 - 4 1/2" x 2 3/8")
Option 4B - Cutter 1 only - 3 7/8" x 2 7/8" (shown as the ear that is flopped over)
Option 4C - Cutter 2 only - 4 1/2" x 2 3/8" (shown as the taller cutter of the two)
Option 4D - Notch cutter sized for the set of ears to be put them on a glass or cup
Option 4E: This is the set of both ears (Cutters 1 & 2) and the notch sized for them to be put them on a glass or cup all together, so it is all three cutters.
** NOTE: For the idea of putting the ears on a milk glass, some glasses are straight sided, some are angled, some are thicker and some are thinner. I recommend baking up a few test cookies to check what angle is best for your specific glass before cutting the notch out the rest and decorating them. Also, I found that using well chilled dough works well.
Notch for Option 4 - This is used for the Option 4 cookie set, which is sized at 4 1/2" tall for the tallest cookie.
Guideline Sketches are shown above under the main cookie photo should anyone wish to use them as a guide. To save it, click on the photo, right click to either "Save Image" or "Copy Image". From there paste into Word or whichever program you like. You can then resize it from there as needed and place it on a KopyKake or alongside your cookie as you pipe.

Whisked Away Cutters are finely crafted cutters for cookies and fondant, designed by a cookie decorator for cookie decorators. Crafted with rounded corners on the handle for comfort, a reinforced area near the base of the handle and strong walls going down to a fine tapered edge for a precise, clean cut. ** Food safe PLA cutters are HAND WASH ONLY, not dishwasher safe, cannot be used to cut hot and should not be left to soak in hot water. This is an aspect of all food safe PLA cutters. Care must be given to the specialized tapered cutting edge when storing as it can get nicked or damaged if hit with another cutter or sharp object. Proper care will ensure years of use from your Whisked Away Cutters.

Cutter prices are determined by print time and the amount of PLA used. Cutters with intricate shapes and curves or larger sizes take longer to print and are priced accordingly.
