Please note - wafer paper is not the same as icing/frosting sheets. It is mostly made up from potato starch and my printed wafer paper being 0.4mm thin (the thickness most commonly used for flowers, cake wraps etc) means that there may be some inconsistencies with the thickness of the paper over each sheet, resulting in some areas being more translucent than others, and you may sometimes notice a slight appearance of some patchiness. It is not a printing error but instead the nature of the delicate wafer paper itself (believe me, I've tried and tested most on the market and it happens to all of them!). It is so fine and some areas will allow light to pass through more than others This is NOT noticeable when backed onto fondant/gumpaste or when made into flower petals etc either. If you are looking for a materials with no imperfections than wafer paper may not be the material for you. I kind of feel it adds to the beautiful vintage vibe and love it just the same, I hope you do too :-))

Wafer paper keeps for around a year when kept in a sealed plastic bag. Keep away from moisture and sunlight.

As plaque shapes are commonly used for message cookies and she was the first one to pioneer message cookies many years ago, I created the original The Maryann back in 2012 to take to her and our other friends at Cookie Con. Great clay molding material which is re-usable, so you can keep using it for different mold shapes.

Perfect if you need to make lots of clay molds but only need to use each to create few copies. Picks up detail surprisingly well.

Dip a piece of the Oyumaru in hot water (approx: 80 degree C) for about 3 to 5 minutes. Take the Oyumaru out of the water with a pair of tongs and wipe it dry with a towel. While it is still soft, press the material you wish to mold into the Oyumaru.

If the Oyumaru gets hard while you are working with it, place it back in the water and begin the process again.

Allow Oyumaru to cool down, remove your object and your mold is ready for your clay project. Oyumaru is re-usable.

Note: by the way, if you do not need this material anymore, you can make various 1:12 miniature items with this material

When I saw this absolutely adorable big footed gingerbread man with so much personality done by my friend, Lisa the Bearfoot Baker, I fell in love! I asked her if we could make him into a cutter and she loved the idea, so here he is! I am including a Guideline Sketch should anyone wish to it as a guide. You will find it under the photos of the cutter. To save it, click on the photo, right click to either "Save Image" or "Copy Image". From there paste into Word or whichever program you like. You can then resize it from there as needed and then print it to either follow along or to place on a KopyKake.

Whisked Away Cutters are finely crafted cutters for cookies and fondant, designed by a cookie decorator for cookie decorators. Cutter prices are determined by print time and the amount of PLA used. Cutters with intricate shapes and curves or larger sizes take longer to print and are priced accordingly. This is one such design.
