Created months ago after a request by Suzanne of Sweets by Suz who was weary of handcutting her narrow rectangle cookies, The Anita Plaque is finally making her photo debut in her new size, The Skinny Anita, perfect for pretzel and narrow bags!
We also now have new Cookie Stick sizes as well. Perfect for dunking in hot cocoa or cute in gift sets.

"The Anita" is named after one of my favorite people, Anita of Sweet Hope Cookies. Not just because she has raised over $20,000 in the fight against ALS, a disease that took the life of my dear friend, but also because she is an all around great person. "Why is Anita a rectangle?", you may ask. Well, this is exactly what she wanted - a strong walled, straight edged precise rectangle with a sharp cutting edge. Anita loved the idea of being a rectangle as she feels that she is just like her namesake shape for, just like her, what you see is what you get. If you know Anita, you know this to be true. Anita's creative and wonderful work can be found at The Anita will be available in three sizes: 3" x 5", 2 3/4"x 4 1/2" and 2 1/2" x 4".
Whisked Away Cutters are finely crafted cutters for cookies and fondant, designed by a cookie decorator for cookie decorators. Crafted with rounded corners on the handle for comfort, a reinforced area near the base of the handle and strong walls going down to a fine tapered edge for a precise, clean cut. ** Food safe PLA cutters are HAND WASH ONLY, not dishwasher safe, cannot be used to cut hot and should not be left to soak in hot water. This is an aspect of all food safe PLA cutters. Care must be given to the specialized tapered cutting edge when storing as it can get nicked or damaged if hit with another cutter or sharp object. Proper care will ensure years of use from your Whisked Away Cutters.
