Round brooch with alternating layers of oval jewels for wedding cakes, made from gumpaste. Edible brooch for DIY wedding cakes and birthday cakes, sugar gems for cake decorating.

This brooch is about 2 1/2" across and has a detailed surface design. It's made from gumpaste, which is a sugar dough that dries to a hard finish.

It can be ordered in white or I can paint it for an additional fee. Please leave a note at checkout to tell me what color you need.

The brooches can be attached to the side of a fondant-covered cake using piping gel, corn syrup, or royal icing. It will work on buttercream, too.

Two diamond texture mats to imprint a pattern on fondant or buttercream. These mats will help you make straight and even lines that you can then pipe over on buttercream, or imprint onto fondant using a rolling pin.

One mat has larger diamonds, which are about 1" wide at the middle, and the other has smaller diamonds, which are a little over 1/2" at the middle. Each mat is 12" x 6" so that it will cover the entire side of the cake as you're using it to imprint directly onto buttercream.

The mats are made from a flexible plastic and could easily be cut into a smaller shapes if you wanted to.

Each order is one of each mat, 1 larger diamond and 1 smaller diamond. They'll be shipped rolled up in a box to conserve space. Let them rest flat if they're curving when you get them, and they will flatten out after they rest a bit.

This mold makes sugar jewels or isomalt jewels for cake decorating. This is a hard plastic mold to use for poured sugar or isomalt, and the cavities are about 1 1/4" across, so the jewels are all on the larger side.

These are food-safe and good for temperatures up to 350 degrees F or so. I pour hot isomalt directly from the pan into the molds and they work great.

Silicone starfish mold to make a realistic starfish to use on cakes or cupcakes. The silicone is food-grade, but if you're using it for food don't use it for other purposes as well.

This could be used for gumpaste, fondant, chocolate or poured sugar.
The starfish is about 2" from tip to tip. I made this mold from a real starfish, so there's a ton of detail on it. Great for a beach-themed cake.Safe up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. If you use it for polymer clay it shouldn't also be used for food items!


The starfish in the photo with the mold is a real one, and the one in the photo by itself is chocolate fondant with gold luster dust brushed on it to bring out the details.

Since these are made to order, I can't accept returns on them. If you want to order multiples but you're not sure about the impression it will make, order one first to test it out. Molds might be either lavender or yellow colored.These molds work best with gumpaste or a stiff fondant. Soft fondant won't work in the molds because it will stretch when it's removed and lose the shape and details.
