Edible snowflakes made of gumpaste for cake, cookies, cake pops and cupcakes. These are a pretty addition to winter wedding cakes, and are hard to the touch so you can stand them up on cakes or attach them to the sides.

This listing is for 24 snowflakes, 8 each of three sizes, 2", 1 1/2" and 1" across. You can use them either by themselves, laid flat on top of a cookie or standing up on cakes and cupcakes, or layer them (like in the second picture) for a three-dimensional look.

These are available in white only. For custom colors please send me a convo message.

Silicone Celtic knot lace mold medallion for cake decorating. It's about 3 1/2" wide and has a woven texture.

This could be used for gumpaste, fondant, chocolate or poured sugar. Safe up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. If you use it for polymer clay it shouldn't also be used for food items!

These are food-safe silica gel packs to store sugar work, fondant, gumpaste etc for cake decorating. The packs are approved for food use so they can be safely used to store edible items.

These are from Uline and are stored in the original container away from humidity so that they're absorbent and ready to use. They're 7/8" x 2 1/8" and protect 94 cubic inches. I use them to store sugar jewels, gumpaste flowers, and anything else I need to protect from the humidity. Putting a couple of packs into a container with sugar jewels keeps them from softening over time.

Each order is for 20 single gel packs. They should be stored in the plastic bag that they're shipped in to keep them airtight until you use them.

Remember that you still need to store gumpaste correctly, even with these packs. If your house is completely humid they'll be no match for that, so you should consider these insurance, not foolproof!

12 pre-cut vintage Valentine's Day images for cookie decorating.

The images can be trimmed with a pair of scissors to size if needed. There are nine different pictures, and I'll include duplicates of three random ones to make a total of twelve.

Edible wafer paper images can be placed on iced or fondant-covered cookies and stuck on with corn syrup or piping gel.

These measure about 2 1/4 to 3 1/4" or a little larger and come already cut out and ready to use. Handle with dry hands since wafer paper will melt if it gets wet!

They're sized to use on about 3X4" rectangular cookie, which you can make using a cutter or by cutting out cookie dough using a pizza cutter and a ruler.

These need to be used on iced cookies, they won't stick well on cookies that have soft icing or none at all. They can be placed on cupcakes right before serving them, using a little icing or corn syrup.

Wafer paper is made from potato starch and vegetable oil and is tasteless and odorless. When you eat it along with the cookie it doesn't affect the flavor at all.

They should be stored at room temperature in the plastic bag they're shipped in until you use them. They'll be good for up to a year if stored in the bag out of humidity and light, which can fade the food coloring.

Very charming and inexpensive element to embellish ANY kind of dish!
These Butterflies (my original idea, please, do not copy it without my permission)
add gentle and romantic look to anything you will attach them to.

I attach them to literally any dish I serve to my guests:
- cup of coffee, tea, hot chocolate...
- side of plate with fruit salad, ice cream, waffles... even steak! true...
- glass of wine or any other drink or cocktail...
- a cupcake or a pop cake or any other bite size desserts...

They keep their shape and stay intact when you put them on butter cream frosting. Also you can attach them to fondant surface, any glass or a plate with touch of corn syrup. They have pretty long shelf life (up to a year) ONLY if stored in cool, dark (dry) place in an air tight container, even better if in a vacuum bag or container.

This is a handmade, two-piece mold to make a small pinecone that's about 2" tall. It works best with chocolate clay or gumpaste since it has a lot of detail. Softer materials might not hold the shape as well. For this mold it's better to put it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes after inserting the material into the mold because of the needles and the detail on it.

The silicone used to make this is food-safe and can be washed with soap and water. If you do use this for a non-food purpose like clay or wax you shouldn't use it for food afterward!

Use it either with both sides to make a 3-D cone, or one-sided to make a flat image to put on the side of a cake. For a mold that doesn't need to be put in the freezer see my other listings for pinecone molds.
