3 1/2" wide from leg tip to leg tip, silicone starfish mold to make a skinny starfish to use on cakes or cupcakes. great for ocean cakes, wedding cake toppers, or beach themed cakes.

This could be used for gumpaste, fondant, chocolate or poured sugar. Safe up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. If you use it for polymer clay it shouldn't also be used for food items!

The starfish is about 3 1/2" from tip to tip. I made this mold from a real starfish, so there's a lot of detail on it. Great for a beach-themed cake.

Sugar Gems, sugar jewels for cake decorating. 50 jewels made from isomalt, which is a beet sugar. These are assorted shapes and sizes. Isomalt shouldn't be eaten in large amounts or it can "upset your stomach."

Edible jewels are a hard texture like a lollipop, so don't give them to little kids since they can be a choking hazard!

Each order includes 50 jewels.

They can be ordered in a single color or in an assortment, which I'll put together for you out of jewels that I have on hand. For cakes with a color theme make sure to select your color when checking out. For cakes that need a variety just order "assortment" when you choose the color. I'll make up a variety of different colors for you.

I can't match specific colors since the sugar can change color when being heated. I'll do my best if you have a specific color but I can't guarantee a perfect match! When ordering a single color it might include different shades of that color. Convo me with questions.

These are faceted on one side and flat on the other, and can be added to cakes using royal icing on fondant or buttercream on a buttercream cake. The reflection of light on them will vary based on how they're applied to the cake.

Attach them to your cakes as close to presentation time as possible to prevent them from melting! They work best on fondant-covered cakes because of that, but they can be used on icing as long as they're not put on too far in advance. Sugar attracts water, so keep them in a sealed container until you need to use them. If you're not careful and let them absorb water they can soften up and get cloudy. I'll ship them with silica gel packets to prevent this.

Don't leave them outside in the package in a hot environment for too long, since that will also make them melt.

Sugar gems are fragile, so handle with care. If they stick together spray them with a little vegetable oil spray and rub them and they'll separate. You can do the same thing if they get cloudy and lose their shine. The oil will restore the shine to the sugar.

1 sheet of printed feathers for cake decorating or cupcake decorating. Wafer paper feathers are edible and flavorless, and can be used alone or attached to wires to make a stem to insert. You cut them out and attach to either a cake or a wire to make the quill.

This is a sheet of 6 feathers that are about 4 1/2" long. They have a striped pattern on them and can be printed in different colors. Choose the color at checkout...Colors may vary from the photos based on differences on computer monitors and inks. The colors shown in the photos are yellow, green, red and violet

Wafer paper works best on fondant-covered cakes, because the oils and moisture in buttercream icing can soften the paper or melt it. If you're going to put the feathers on a buttercream cake, wait until right before displaying the cake to put them on.

These little gumpaste pumpkins will dress up any cake. Added to leaves, acorns or other fall themed elements, the pumpkins complete any autumn-themed cake or wedding cake.

These are made individually and range in size from 3/4" to 1 1/2" tall. Each one is different. Gumpaste is a sugar clay that dries hard, to they'll keep their shape and be ready to use for months as long as you keep them out of humidity.

Silicone sea glass mold for making sugar or isomalt sea glass. Each mold is about 5"x5" approximately, and each one is different. They all contain about 25-30 cavities depending on the size of the glass I used to make each one.

The cavities make sea glass that is from 1/4" to 1" wide, most pieces are about 1/2" wide and between 1/8" to 1/4" deep.

I make these molds from real sea glass that I've collected and saved, not from tumbled glass from the craft store!

This makes edible sea glass that's perfect for beach-themed wedding cakes, or any other type of ocean-themed cake. Using a mold will give you a better look than just breaking pieces of sugar up, and will avoid sharp edges.

It can also be used with gumpaste, fondant or chocolate. If you use it for polymer clay, don't use it for food as well!

You can pour hot sugar syrup directly from the pan into the mold, it will be fine for temperatures up to 325 degrees F.

This is a set of 14 gumpaste jewels for cake decorating. Painted with either gold or silver luster dust to give a shiny finish. You can choose the color when you place the order. If you don't choose a color I'll make them in silver!!

Each set includes 14 jewels, including 2 of the largest round ones (1 3/8" across), 8 of the medium sized ones (about 1" across, round, oval and diamond), and 4 of the smallest ones (1/2"- 5/8" across, teardrop and square.)

These can be used on jeweled wedding cakes or birthday cakes, and can be attached to fondant with royal icing or melted chocolate. They'll attach to buttercream cakes also if you use a little buttercream to glue them onto the tiers.

You can also use them as the centers in gumpaste brooches, or for treasure chest cakes or jewelry cakes.

These are edible, but they don't taste like candy. They should be considered decorative only, they're hard and can be a choking hazard because of their small size! Don't give them to children as a candy, they're just meant to be decorative!

Edible succulents are a really cute addition to wedding cakes and cupcakes, and are great for DIY weddings since they're easy to arrange on cakes in small groupings, and they don't have wires to worry about.

These are made from gumpaste, which is an edible sugar clay that dries to a hard finish. These ard hard like the little candy hearts with words on them, and are really meant for decoration, not for eating!

These come in two sizes, one a little larger than 1" across and one a little smaller than 1" across. Each order includes 6 larger and 6 smaller ones.

These are food-safe silica gel packs to store sugar work, fondant, gumpaste etc for cake decorating. The packs are approved for food use so they can be safely used to store edible items.

These are from Uline and are stored in the original container away from humidity so that they're absorbent and ready to use. They're 7/8" x 2 1/8" and protect 94 cubic inches. I use them to store sugar jewels, gumpaste flowers, and anything else I need to protect from the humidity. Putting a couple of packs into a container with sugar jewels keeps them from softening over time.

Each order is for 20 single gel packs. They should be stored in the plastic bag that they're shipped in to keep them airtight until you use them.

Remember that you still need to store gumpaste correctly, even with these packs. If your house is completely humid they'll be no match for that, so you should consider these insurance, not foolproof!
